Comprehensive Strength & Conditioning Program

Our student-athletes strive for excellence in the classroom and on the field and courts. So, it's imperative they are in shape to continue their athletic journey. In 2017, Norfolk Collegiate partnered with Sentara to offer a more comprehensive strength and conditioning program for our students and their families.

With the help of our strength and conditioning coaches and athletic trainers, Norfolk Collegiate has committed itself to providing students with a foundation for building a healthy lifestyle.

All Norfolk Collegiate students, faculty, alumni and their parents are able to utilize the strength and conditioning program at Collegiate. Our goal is to teach students how to utilize fitness equipment and recognize when their bodies need a rest or medical attention.

Our student-athletes utilize the following areas in our strength and conditioning programs:
  • Fitness Room
  • Weight Room
  • Training Room
